AstroMedia - The Rotating Star Chart
Show me the starry sky
Orientation in the night sky is the be-all and end-all of stargazing. This classic rotating star chart makes it easy to find them. It is very easy to use: the disc is rotated until the time of day and date of the month are aligned and the oval section shows the entire starry sky above the horizon. The star chart also contains a few valuable tips on how to read it.
For pupils and teachers
Assembling the rotating star chart is quick and easy: The eight cardboard parts are cut out and glued together. The map is ideal for teaching at secondary schools, but also as material for other group and project work in the field of astronomy and physics.
